Seating Information
Chaifetz Arena is a 10,600-seat multi-purpose arena on the campus of Saint Louis University, managed by Oak View Group. The venue hosts concerts, SLU Billikens basketball, and major live events.
- Lower Bowl: Sections surrounding the floor/court offer the closest views for both concerts and basketball. Best sections are center sideline areas for sports and the sections nearest the stage for concerts.
- Club Level: Premium seating with enhanced amenities, offering excellent mid-arena sightlines and access to exclusive lounges and concessions.
- Upper Deck: Elevated sections providing panoramic views at more affordable prices. Corner sections in the upper deck are the most budget-friendly but have slightly less ideal sightlines.
- Floor/GA: For concerts, the floor can be configured as general admission standing or reserved seating, offering the most immersive experience closest to the performers.
We recommend lower bowl sections near center stage for concerts and center court lower bowl for basketball games for the best overall experience.
Parking Information
Chaifetz Arena offers a variety of covered and uncovered parking options in and around the Saint Louis University campus.
- Olive/Compton Parking Garage: The main parking structure located just north of Chaifetz Arena at Olive Blvd & Compton Ave. Closest and most convenient option.
- Laclede Garage: An additional covered parking option near the arena on Laclede Ave.
- SLU Campus Surface Lots: Various surface lots around the campus provide additional parking on event days. Prices vary by event.
The venue is accessible from I-64 and Grand Avenue. MetroLink light rail provides convenient public transit access — the Grand Station stop is within walking distance of the arena. Rideshare drop-off (Uber/Lyft) is available near the S. Compton Avenue main entrance. We recommend arriving early to secure covered parking in the Olive/Compton Garage.

The Chaifetz Arena Box Office is located on the North side of the venue, facing the SLU softball field, directly inside Gate B.

- Event Day Hours: The box office opens several hours before showtime on event days.
- Ticket Delivery: Tickets for all Chaifetz Arena events are sold through Ticketmaster. Mobile and electronic ticketing is available and recommended for the fastest entry. Hard tickets and will call are also available at the Gate B box office.
